No.
Taking a cautious approach because there has been so much conflicting information does not make one a kool-aid drinker.
This sort of bull**** 'logic' is what leads to mob justice and people like the security guard at the Olympics getting their lives ruined despite being innocent.
It is also why we don't have trials in the court of the public opinion. Reports based on 'sources' are not facts. Does it seem likely that he is guilty of something if most of these reports are true? Yes. But plenty of innocent people have had their lives ruined because people like YOU were in such a rush to believe the media.
PS - You're basing judgments on reports from the media - a group whose ultimate goal is to sell papers and ad time, not to get it right.
Was Hernandez arrested yesterday? If he wasn't then the reports saying he would be were wrong. Let's leave the goal posts where they are instead of moving them to fit your own personal opinion.
And yeah - you're entitled to my opinion, nobody is saying otherwise. Just like I'm entitled to mine which I'm expressing now. Thanks for the civics lesson, though.
