I don't think anyone - either in Queens or Topeka - is going to care much on puritanical grounds. But what this does is show a tremendous lack of judgement. When I read the opening lines of the article describing this mess which mentioned a video, I was expecting the article to say something like the video was filmed 20 years ago and somehow leaked onto the internet.

But what this guy did was film the videos last summer and either he or his wife then willingly uploaded them for all the world to see.

Oh, I think they would run with it. But I doubt it would have been the subject of as much discussion as this incident has been - assuming we are talking about a consensual affair involving someone who wasn't, like, a Jets employee or anything like that.

In short, I think it would have been fodder for Page 6, not a huge front page spread.
