He's not a bad receiver, he's just not a great one. In New England, he'd probably be the #6 target, behind Moss, Stallworth, Welker, Watson and Faulk, but that's because New England is absolutely loaded this season. In Miami, he was forced to be the #1 or #2 option most of the time. In San Diego, as the #3 option, he should be a helpful addition as long as you accept his weaknesses. He's got the speed to stretch the field and that alone should help the Bolts improve their chances of getting to the playoffs. I just think that, given SD's high quality drafting of late, a #2 pick was overpaying. But, sometimes circumstances dictate that you do that.
