Why? Just curious. Is it demeanor?


Just a gut feeling that he takes the same kind of intellectual approach to the job as Belichick and would be very much the same kind of organizational leader as Belichick. I can't prove it but it is how I see it.

I fear the BB transition a lot more than the Brady transition.
 
I did raise this point a week or so ago, opining that he'd stay until Don Shula was the 2nd all-time coach in victories. After all, Marv Levy was a consultant to the Bills into his 80's, so that leaves a lot of leeway for Bill to make it to Shula's record and beyond while maintaining the essence of his statement about Levy.

Belichick places an enormous value on football history - do you really think he'd leave in second place, especially to a guy who's been a complete ass to him despite BB's overwhelming praise?
