It sounds like it's a Grade II partially torn tricep. If they said no surgery, then it's not Grade III which is a fully torn one. Most websites say it's a 2 1/2 month recovery.

If we're conservative, that means the end of October or beginning of November. I'll take it.

This is my most anxious time of the season, just looking at the training camp reports every day and crossing fingers on major injuries, especially to core players..

Ninko hurts.. i dont view him as just a DE, he's more a pass rushing linebacker that could be moved around with confidence in the defense if you wanted to get exotic.. Glad to hear it's not going to send him to IR, we're going to need him late in the season!

Um, that's assuming we still have High or Collins, I'd say. We have young talent that seems viable at DE. I can't say the same for LB if one or both of those guys walks.
