Ex Patriots Revis and Brandon Marshall exchanged punches at camp. Surprising for Revis who i consider generally calm and professional. I wonder what was going on and what lead up to it.

Marshall talked trash about Revis getting burned by Hopkins and idk what Revis said to make Marshall take a swing at him.

Darrelle Revis, Brandon Marshall Engage In Fistfight At Jets Training Camp

Hilarious! You fight your teammate and remind him of getting torched last year.

Every team has their fights in TC but what is with that team and the fisticuffs?

***hole on ***hole crime. It's beautiful.

Wait, other than their jersey colors, what makes Revis and Marshall assholes?

It kills me that we didn't get Marshall. We'd be polishing another SB trophy.

I can't recall the last time the Patriots had a real fistfight in training camp -- BB just doesn't tolerate it. But Jets players see the futility of their situation day after day, year after year. On top of that, they have to put up with Jets fans. It's a miserable existence.

With Revis, at least, the way he conducted himself during the 2015 offseason (that bizarre Instagram rant, claiming that Brady should accept his 4 game suspension without substantiating his case, implicitly opining that the Pats were guilty re: Deflategate even though he was a member of said team when the media circus broke loose) rubbed a lot of people here the wrong way, moreso than his decision to sign with the Jets. He's done enough to earn the label, at least in my opinion.

Right. Players might take a swing at another with helmets on like Brown and Groy last year (then BB tosses them) but nothing like what goes on in Hempstead. My goodness....

Revis got beat for a TD and the petulant child had a tantrum ... first of many this year.

Except for all the times he paid Chad Eaton to start fights to fire up his teams.

Marshall is a weirdo with a personality disorder and a locker room cancer. He won't win a SB with any team.

"weirdo with a personality disorder"

You're a bad person.

I believe that was Tuna, not BB.

I mean it's all he-said, she said, but Eaton said in 2011 Belichick would bring him in to do that. I honestly think Belichick understands the game and sometimes tempers flare.

I could seriously see Belichick orchestrating a fight to light a fire under the team's ass and, at the same time, using it as an opportunity to punish losing your temper because you'd rather your players learn to keep their **** together during practice than at the tail end of the Super Bowl when you still have a chance of getting a safety since your QB threw an INT to an undrafted FA on the goal line.
