And that people out here were absolutely, 100% positive that he was a Jets fan?Like when almost everyone said that Berman had no choice but to rule for the nfl??

Isn't that pretty close to what Parker said at the Appeal? Didn't he say something like that Arbitration can get "down and dirty.""Funny thing about the law, it can be quite flexible."
Line from the movie RocknRolla. In my experience, this line rings very true.

I read today that the expedited ruling we're expecting will still take 6-8 weeks. When will we get the verdict ? I am tired of waiting ...
Forget the verdict, when are we going to get a freaking transcript?
The unfortunate fact of the matter is that so many of these things - including the Brady case - likely comes down to luck of the draw. There are certainly judges that would have ruled in favor of the NFL had they been selected instead of Berman, and there are certainly combinations of these current judges which spell victory and other combinations that spell defeat."Funny thing about the law, it can be quite flexible."

And also see @IanPGunn's commentary on the pages as @WALLACHLEGAL tweets them out.
A number of people are noticing how the judges go very easy on Clement, especially in contrast to how they hammered Kessler.
*Sigh*
I call bull ****. Brady got 2 judges who are pro labor, but unfortunately are likely Jet fans. The unfortunate fact of the matter is that so many of these things - including the Brady case - likely comes down to luck of the draw. Oh for ****s sakes I can't stand it. STOP ASSUMING THAT EVERY SINGLE GOD DAMN PERSON WHO HAS A PROBLEM WITH THE PATRIOTS IS A JETS FAN. CHRIST it makes you look like a goddamn baby. Did these judges even grow up in New York? Did they go to school in New York? I doubt it. But obviously they must be Jets fans right?
