I know him personally,” Goodell said. “As I say, I admire him tremendously. He is a future Hall of Fame player. But our rules apply to everybody. They apply to every single player. And every single player expects those rules to apply to everybody. Every coach does, every fan does, every partner, every team does.
Damn I thought your 1st sentence was about Hillary Clinton. Can't wait until that clown is thrown in Jail.
It's going to happen, it might take 10 years but Roger Goodell will end up in prison.
“I think the most important thing we’re trying to ascertain is that the balls in play are within the regulations that were established. That’s the core of the issue, is protecting the integrity of the game and making sure that the game is played within the rules. We’re a game of rules, and the rules need to be followed by everyone. The number one objective there is to make sure that those rules are being followed,”
Every time I hear him talk about integrity I think of Walter White talking about "it's for the family."False PSI numbers, lying about testimony, destroyed cell phone.
It's all about integrity....
Asked whether the results of the psi readings from future games will be released:
So that answers that - The only reason they will check the psi is not to see if balls decreased (or increased) in pressure, but rather to keep them in the legal limit. I can almost envision the refs checking readings and 'fixing' the footballs every commercial break so as to show that footballs never deflated after a half or a full game.
I see no way they will release the psi readings UNLESS those readings support that Brady deflated footballs.
This moron is still spewing the I word. What a fraud. Why no one calls him on it is amazing to me. Everytime he opens his trap, vomit spews out.

He added: “So our rules and the integrity of our game aren’t because someone’s popular or somebody’s a Super Bowlchamp or not. They’re to be applied evenly. Our teams expect that, and that’s our job. That’s our responsibility. That’s my job. And so, no I don’t regret that. And we will continue to uphold the integrity of the game and we’ll do that as vehemently as we can.”
No regrets? Right.
