If Brady didn't have anything to hide (which I believe he didn't) and knew the text records would essentially exonerate him completely why didn't he just cooperate? He had a chance to clear his name and just refused to do so for what reason? I can't think of a logical reason to not to allow the text records to be examined unless there was incriminating stuff in there and knew he was better off just refusing completely.
Can anyone explain why? I'm sure I'm missing something here and would like to hear someone to elaborate on his motive to not allow the text printouts to be processed. That's just the one thing here that doesn't click with me.
BINGO, we have Bingo. As a former prosecutor who has reviewed numerous forensic searches of cell phones, I can tell you the majority of phones have nude pictures and porn cookies/history.
You don't share your phone with anyone. Especially not people connected to leaks of information. Even worse, people that have recently published irrelevant information from prior NFL investigations for the sake of embarrassment only.
Not this again...
Brady did cooperate.
What he didn't do was bend over backwards for them and just admit he's guilty.
Perhaps they felt like they would've taken some texts way out of context

The NFL leaked McNalley's home address and he was ambushed at his home in New Hampshire by the media. If Brady had turned over his cellphone, how long do you think it would have been before the NFL sold the Giselle selfies to TMZ?
