Finally an excellent article explaining obvious flaws with the report

Once again, yes lord and master.

You really do think you're the arbiter of, well, everything, don't you?

No, I think politics is not supposed to be on the main forum, and I think I get yelled at about supposedly getting political when I'm not. Meanwhile, you're being blatantly political in your posts. That crap doesn't belong here. Take the gamergate stuff to the political forum.

Eric...I believe the lab reports that said leakage from testing with a gauge is insignificant

Wells puts his name to this report ....

But what if the report was not made by Ted Wells ???

Now he's forced to defend his name for a report that may just carry his name?

Far fetched perhaps? Perhaps not? Sure explains much of the evidence missing from the report.

What crap? I said I wouldn't click it. Big f***ing deal.

Get over yourself, hero, and quit telling everyone else what is or is not appropriate in your private domain. Or better yet, go argue semantics with someone else ad nauseum to make sure everyone knows you're the smahtest person in the world.

Or you could just take the political stuff to the political forum where it belongs.

If you were half as smart as the person you play on Patsfans.com, you'd figure out that what I said WASN'T POLITICAL.

The problem is, apparently Goodell has final say who the arbiter is in this situation. He's not going to hand Brady over to someone impartial, and may even take this on himself. Brady is going to have to sue.

The NFLPA will be pursuing this appeal, not Brady. It may start with a hearing before Roger Goodell, but most certainly will evolve from there. There are too many discrepancies here, and too much sensitivity to criticism by Ted Wells himself, to just end in the Commissioner's Office.

Does anyone remember anyone suing George Mitchell for the Mitchell Report, or even questioning anything in there? Roger Clemens did not go after Mitchell, he fought the claims made by his trainer, and he appealed the ruling (and won) that he lied before Congress. The Mitchell Report was the real deal with physical evidence backing every claim made in that report.

The Wells report is Mad Magazine by comparison.

When did Gamergate become non-political? Never, so now you're lying as well as taking needless personal shots. Your own words, which started this:

Wont click breitbart, period. After their role in Gamergate, they should be forever banned as a source for anything. They suck.

First rule of holes: stop digging.

There is no way this suspension is upheld. As a result, Goodell, Vincent, Kensil and others will be forced to resign. A house cleaning is coming to the NFLs front office.

I hope you're right but I am not so sure now. The NFL's level of proof needed is low. Wells thinks it would hold up in court.

You're right, so stop. Gamergate itself was not political, except to people who want to make it political. My reference to it was not political. I work(ed) in the gaming industry with pretty much every major company.

Gamergate was personal, not political. I never mentioned any right/left fight or divide - read it a million times. I would call out Salon, Mother Jones or any other site that did what Breitbart did to friends of mine just as readily.

Go chastise someone else.

Great article. The one nugget that sticks in my craw the most is the double-standard Wells used for the explanation of the psi readings between the Patriots footballs and the Colts footballs.

Condemning the Patriots because one of the two gauges did not fall within the parameters of the yielded data yet exonerating the Colts for the same thing just comes across as pathetic to put it mildly.

Gamergate is, and was, political, and that's how it gained its name, after it morphed from just one 'investigation'. Take this crap to the political forum.

They did and they may be right, but their simulation was not exactly accurate to what happens to a ball on an NFL field.

Their simulation for rain was a complete joke. It could not have been more obvious that they were trying to manipulate the results. The HeadSmart Labs experiment found water affecting the ball by 0.7 psi while they found it to be 0.2 with zero margin of error. What rubbish!

Are you showing me your badge, officer?

Go rag on someone who thinks you're impressive.

Quit being an asshat. From a sports perspective, nobody gives a **** why you don't want to follow a link to Breitbart. Just keep the politics out of the main forum. And enough with your butt hurt. You've needlessly extended this and personalized this.

So stop responding, Mr. Bully.

I don't recognize your authority - AT ALL.

And I feel the same way about that site that most people here feel about Goodell and Wells, and it's got nothing to do with "politics" - and I don't need your f***ing permission to say so.

It's not about permission from me, as you well know. It's about the forum rules. Now, I'm going to put you on ignore, because I don't need to deal with clowns who can't grasp simple concepts.

I just died a little inside.

Well...bye.

Agree 100% about their joke of rain simulation. HeadSmart within days did a far better rain analysis.
