Time to speak up Mr. Kraft! While other teams get little to no punishment because they suck, we get shafted because the Patriots are good! This is fine for fans, but the league should be more even handed! Not basing it's decisions on mob mentality. And speaking of this, the rest of the league would have received a warning letter about proper ball pressure if they seemed to have a question. But the Pats get a sting? And then a denial and all you do is what? NOTHING!!! That right there, without anything else should set you ablaze with anger. It certainly does to me.

i don't know how the league could tighten its grip on the owners. ex. ive seen people sue for negligence even though they were warned about something being dangerous e.g. the women who sued a zoo after he kid was killed. She put the 4 or 5 year old on the railing of an exhibit of wild dogs, he fell in and was killed. she put him on the rail even though there was a sign warning people not to do that. Ive read of law suits going forward where someone actually signed a waiver releasing the company from liability if something went wrong. And when it did the courts allowed the case to go forward. So just cause an owner agrees to sign on to a constitution i don't see if that owner wanted to he couldn't sue. Now i don't think kraft even needs to take legal action, he just has to let it be known that hes willing to.I didn't want to be redundant after posting the same thing earlier here.
I seem to remember reading somewhere that the NFL tightened it's grip on the owners after going through legal battles with first Al Davis and then Jerry Jones.
It may also be that Kraft is using the proper strategy since nothing has come from Goody the Jet.
No matter what happens though, it's far more probable than not that Goodell will screw things up.
Kraft you go to bat for Tom or you will seriously piss off this STH. And I promise to spend less money. I will still go but I will no longer buy concessions. I have been to Gillette for every regular season game and playoffs since the stadium opened and bought a hot dog and a mountain dew at every game as a minimum purchase and if you upset me I will boycot concessions.

It would be nice if a lot of people signed on to a letter like this. Thanks @AndyJohnson . You just pushed me over the edge.
I'm sending this in 20 minutes. Suggestions welcome.

Mr. Robert Kraft,
1 Patriot Place
Foxboro, MA 02035
Dear Mr. Kraft,
First and foremost, as a loyal, Patriots fan and customer, I wanted to express my gratitude by saying thank you for your commitment to making the New England Patriots a perennial winner and a source of enjoyment for myself and my family. I admire you for all you have done for the region as your team is a source of pride for all of us.
In my line of work, I have the opportunity to travel globally. Everywhere I have been, once people notice my Patriots sticker on my luggage or see me wearing a Patriots t-shirt in the hotel gym or lobby, I receive a reaction. More often than not, people comment on how great your team is or how spectacular a player Tom Brady is. However, sometimes I am asked about Spygate. While the situation was unfortunate, I understood your position in wanting the issue to be resolved as quickly as possible. I'm sure you are aware that the stigma of your team being labeled a cheater is very hard for us fans. I can only imagine how painful it is for you.
I wanted to respectfully express my concerns with your press release dated 5/6/2015. While I appreciate the strong words you used to express your disappointment with the Wells Report, I am equally disappointed that you; based on the fact that your team is "1 of 32" have made the decision to accept whatever penalty Mr. Goodell and his office levies on your team.
As I type this, it is unknown to me what punishment, if any will be cast by the league office on your team or Mr. Brady. However I find it troubling that the very culture you have instilled in this organization- accountability, working hard and winning, you are in this particular case ignoring. It is disheartening that you would accept penalty for a crime that was not committed or even proven to have occurred. While I am certain that there have been discussions between you and Mr. Goodell that are sensitive in nature and would perhaps shed more light on the situation, the public perception is that you are not supporting an employee that has been incredibly loyal and very productive for you. I'm sure that Tom and yourself have a mutual level of trust and understanding on how "Deflategate" will be best handled, but the public perception of you as the compass and everything this team is built on, it seems to me that you are more interested in keeping the peace and protecting your business interests as opposed to fighting for what is right and just. As a fan, that makes me question what exactly this team and organization is made of. If I were an employee of a company and my CEO and behaved as you have, I would seriously question if this was the kind of organization I wanted to be a part of.
I would welcome the opportunity to council you on how to defend you team publicly, remove the stain on your reputation and you team from further public scrutiny.
Best,
Robertweathers
It's really bothers me.It would be nice if a lot of people signed on to a letter like this.

I'm still in draft mode. Plus I have some time to kill.
No. He can't sue the league. But he certainly can be out there challenging the report, and its implications in the media. He certainly can defend Tom Brady. He certainly can say he will not accept certain penalties without fighting to the extent allowed, and he certainly can say he know Brady did nothing wrong and he will support him in a fight against any punsihemnetI believe that the owners have some sort of agreement? Bob can't fight this. He and the other owners hired a commissioner to handle these situations. As much as I can't stand it, that's why he simply has to grin and bear it.
Do you have an email address for Kraft?
