Free agency sucks.
Yeah getting Mike Vrabel, Rodney Harrison, and Rosevelt Colvin was just awful.
You're lucky. I got Terry Glenn. *shudder*
Wait, I just figured out what you meant. Does everyone have to be so damn literal around here?!?
LOL I was just messing with you. I knew you didn't mean it that way.
I don't get it? What is wrong with wearing a jersey of your favorite player?I cannot believe the number of fans out there that actually buy and wear these things. I can understand buying one, getting an autograph, and then framing it, but beyond that, ugh!

Oh, I think it is okay for kids, and maybe a bit sexy for a gal, but for a grown man? I'll pass. It's just not my style. But, in the end, to each his own.

I tend to agree with you, with a couple of exceptions:
- in your own home on game day
- at a game
- when playing football
I can't put my finger on it, but somewhere, down deep in my gut, I just get the feeling that grown men shouldn't be wearing the name jerseys of other men.
It's always been a little weird for me. I do think its great for kids, teenagers - and especially hot chicks (hey, even not so hot chicks... its just cool to see so many girl football fans - and SMART girl football fans are especially cool) to wear player jerseys.
Just something about grown men wearing them that I find really weird.
(snip)
But obviously I'm in the minority, as a lot of fans like to show they are fans (and I do wear my Patriots hats and Patriots shirts proudly) but I just wanted to get that off my chest (so to speak!)
What % of those are fat, overweight beer bellies??You're certainly in the minority. Go to Gillette and 75% of the spectators will be in jerseys.
