Mcbee......hmmmmm........name sounds familiar.....oh yeah!

"You're right but you're spitting into the wind here.
The pats will get crushed against jacksonville and be lucky to win against Tenn.
Then they'll lose in the playoffs' first round. Badly.
Oh well, guess you're just spoiled if you want anything more than that."
_________

"Deion Branch is more his speed. That's where his real feelings lie.
Maybe she dumped him b/c he's yesterday's wonder boy. This year isn't working so well. The shutout was what put her over the edge. That and she didn't like him sleeping with Deion Branch's photo under his pillow.
Maybe she'll ask for Rivers' phone number?"
_________

"OK, you're right. The pats should keep 6-10M under the cap, not sign any FAs. Their 30+ year old RB, and washout WR corps are really doing well. The OL is looking steller.
The important thing isn't to win a SB. It's to keep the salary well under the cap. Bravo."
____________

"So much sturm and drang. So much sound and FURY.
Bottom line, are the Pats going to the SB? No. The best they can hope for is to not be embarrassed in the playoffs and to not lose anyone long term to injury.
Who cares who they sign, re-sign, whatever."
____________

"Not a ravens fan. I'll probably root for the Chargers in the playoffs though. I like everyone there except LT."
___________

(And then the GRANDADDY of them all!)

"It ended with a whimper and a thud. Eeking out a 'tough' win agains the Lions and getting blown out by the phins.
It's over.
New wonder boy will be Philip Rivers / Drew Brees. Brady will feel like a red-headed stepchild and sulk with his hot girlfriend (who will probably dump him like yesterday's newspaper now that he's no longer a 'celeb'). Brady probably retires after this year or next.
BB won't be able to take the stress of mediocrity and will probably retire after next year.
Yes, you'll call me a troll, but I think I'm right.
I hereby relinquish all rights as to calling myself a Pats fan. For this year at least."
______________

You're that guy? The guy who made all those statements within the past 5 weeks? And you're talking about how the Pats would play Indy next week?

Isn't the "find all posts by user" feature a great thing? :D

I agree with the poster who said we need to get by San Diego first, but for hypothetical sake, I think we can destroy the Colts.

All this talk about how great the Colts' defense has been in the playoffs and how improved their defense is, keep this in mind the total second half rushing attempts vs. the Colts in the playoffs this year has been 13 (7 by the Chiefs and 5 by the Ravens). The Chiefs tried to rush a total of 17 times and the Ravens a total of 20. The Colts were the worst run defense in the league (in the modern era) during the regular season and neither of their competitors made an effort to run against them in the second half eventhough the Colts were not considerably ahead of them. That is coaches outcoaching themselves.

The Colts have during the season been very stout on run defense early and then gotten soft later on (see the Broncos game where they had like 50 yards in the first half and 175 in the second half). I think if either of those teams committed to the run in the second half. the final scores could have been quite different.

I normally just lurk, but this poll seems to exemplify the arrogance of the Pats' fans as seen by other teams' fans. Here we are, on game day facing the #1 team of the season, and people actually look past them towards Indy ??? Are you for real? I wonder how stupid we will look talking about the AFCC in Indy if the Pats get their ***** whipped today.

he's a troll.
he's doing that crap on purpose.
He's a jerk. He always tries to create some doubt in the minds of pats fans and make them worry about the wrong crap at the wrong time... he is also wrong about pretty much everything.

I can't stand this guy.

For once i am agreeing with Shmessy (kinda).

McBee is a known moron in these parts. He doesn't represent anything at this website except the fact that quality standards are not enforced.

As to my "fan" status, I'm a pats fan from way back. I just can't quit them.

Do you inhale them ... perhaps if you didn't inhale them you could quit.

that was funny :)

Yes. In fact whoever (so I don't sound "arrogant" ) wins today will beat the Dolts in Indy,or anywhere else for that matter.
Indy never changes, only it's opponents change, and last night they looked exactly like they looked last week vs the Chiefs. The difference was,the Chiefs D ran out of gas while the Ravens D hung in a bit better, allowing NO TD's. Brady and Co. will certainly score against the Colts "powerful defense",unlike Indy's 2 previous opponents. No doubt so would the Chargers.
That said, credit to Indy for showing up with some attitude in Baltimore-tough,tough venue for them.

People still dont give Indy any credit. That "terrible run D" managed to stop 2 very good backs. Also, our struggling QB still manages to get the ball where we can score enough points to win the game. Dont matter if you win by 1 or 30..you win. As far as beating Indy in the dome...dont count your chickens before they hatch!!
