What do you think are the chances of not having a draft in 2012?

There was no cba from 1987 to 1993 and the draft went on. It's called a leverage play by the NFLPA*

HAHAHAHAHA...oh wait. you're not kidding?

(I'm not actually laughing at you, don't take offense)

Well there is a chance, that there isn't a draft, I'm not losing sleep over it, but stranger things have happened.

We'll have an excuse for not improving the D Line or the O Line.

2013 is when I'd really worry about no draft. The 2012 draft will still be well before 12/12

Will never happen.

If anything, they shorten the draft by a few rounds, maybe down to 5 ( and yes the Pats traded their 6th and 7th rounders in 2012....)
At one point the draft was 17 rounds or so, then they cut it to 12 rounds, then 8, now 7. Maybe a cut to 5 rounds with no compensatory (giving 96 guy more "freedom" would satisfy the union)

What difference does it make? He'll swap out to 2013 anyway. It's not like we are losing anything.

What Union

what happens if the world ends in 2012

then none of these guys are geniuses lol

There will be a draft in 12.

Going foreward? If there is no draft, there is no more college football as we know it. The NFL becomes a bidders war. Revenue sharing among clubs goes bye bye. The game of football as we know it now ends.
