2008 - Week 3 ---> 3 rec for 73 yds including 60 yarder.
2009 - Div rd of Playoffs ---> 7 rec for 111 yds

We have the picks. I'm just saying....

Also, game by game playoff performances....
2006 vs Pats ---> 2 rec for 43 yds
2007 vs Ten ---> 5 rec for 114 yds and TD
2007 vs Ind ---> 7 rec for 93 yds and TD
2007 vs Pats ---> 6 rec for 93 yds
2008 vs Pitt ---> 2 rec for 49 yds and TD
2009 vs NYJ ---> 7 rec for 111 yds (vs Revis)

We have the picks, the money and the need. In all of this guy's interviews he seems to have his head on straight. He's just made a couple mistakes as a young man. The guy can play and he plays in big games.

I hope BB is reading this... but it's not going to happen.

Face it, BB won't do a damned thing. He's banking on the draft and I wouldn't even bet on him trading up at all. He'll probably just do what he always does, smart mid-round picks. Unfortunately, we need huge impact beasts on defense RIGHT NOW. You can't find that in the mid-rounds.

We've stockpiled a bunch of picks so why not use some of them? Get Calvin Johnson now or wait until 2011 and AJ Green? There's no guarantee AJ Green will still even be around and meantime 2010 we'd still have no deep threat the rest of the season!

That divisional game shouldn't be counted. Revis was on him, Floyd, and Gates. He was all over the field. What Jackson got, he got without Revis on him.

Jackson - 7 receptions 111 yards
Gates - 8 receptions 93 yards
Floyd - 3 receptions 30 yards

V-Jax is a beast and I'd love him on the Pats. That doesn't mean it will happen.

His talents are being completely wasted with the Detriot Lions. They are 0-4 yet again and going nowhere fast. Why not offer some draft picks and maybe a disgruntled Logan Mankins to acquire a potential young stud WR?

I agree it seems unlikely, but I just have a hard time believing BB would be willing to waste a single year of Brady in his 30's without a deep threat to open the field. The guy is just sitting there waiting to play, and we have this obvious need for a player like him and the picks to make it happen. He's also a heck of a blocker.

You'd have to give up a ridiculous amount to pry him away from the Lions.

The Patriots are just better off improving that front seven with the picks it'll take to get CJ.

I never said I didn't want Jackson. Just pointing out that Revis was all over the field in that game, so the stats are skewed.

They just threw to whoever Revis wasn't covering. That is why the Jets went out and got Cromartie and drafted Wilson.
