Dunlap at 3-4 End down the road?

Besides that incedent, can you point out any other incedents.

The answer is no.

Seriously, way to overreact.

He plays with no passion, he has no motor.

He's like one of those Kit Cars.
Looks like a Corvette, plays like a Chevette.

And by the way, He has no position on this team. He is a 4-3 DE all the way. He's not going to play OLB and he's 25 lbs short of DE.

He's not even on my board, at all.

Couldnt have said it any better. Terrible work ethic, lazy, mentally weak, doesnt have good first step, inconsistent, disappears in big games, takes plays off, not as athletic on tape as he looks at a combine setting, weak at the POA, too much of a tweener (too soft for DE, cant drop in coverage at OLB). This kid smells like former Florida draft busts Derrick Harvey and Jarvis Moss.

WalterFootball doesnt like this kid at all. Look at their player comparison for him: Player Comparison: Jamaal Anderson. Anderson has had a mediocre work ethic and played very sloppy, lazy football for Atlanta. I anticipate the same for Dunlap in the NFL.

Hes not on my board at all. I think hes strictly a 4-3 DE. He will slide like Michael Johnson from GT last year did. He went in the third. Dont be surprised to see Dunlap fall to late 2nd/early 3rd.

Completely agree. Dunlap looks terrible to me.

Agreed. Glad I'm not the only one who sees the red flags with this kid. He's a conversion project with a LOT of risk attached.

Given the right situation I really think this guy could be a stud.

Dunlap was just 19 years old when he won the BCS Championship Defensive MVP and led the SEC in sacks last year.

This year he learned how to look up, and knocked down his first 6 passes of his career.

I'm not sure that Suh is the better prospect by any means. Suh is two years older. If Dunlap was still playing at Florida two years from now, can you imagine the stats he would put up?

I think we're talking about a boy wonder who had so much success so young that he didn't fully appreciate it. It seems like he learned a whole lot from the dwi experience, and probably faced a ton of shame at home from his military parents.

Here's his press conference and highlights from his pro-day last week:
YouTube - UF Pro Day: Carlos Dunlap

I'm very skeptical that he will even be there at 22. He's every bit the once in a decade freak that Suh is. He could be the best player from this draft. His height, length, and strength make it extremely difficult for blockers to grab on, especially as Dunlap's technique improves with NFL coaching. Remember Julius Peppers' reputation for not leaving it all out on the field every play. It didn't stop us from wanting him on the team.

Wonder if he was popping some pills with that booze that night:

"The report said officers were unable to wake Dunlap, even with loud verbal commands - he would open his eyes, then nod off again. They were about to reach through a slightly cracked window to unlock the car, which was still in gear. The officers put the car in park and reported that Dunlap's breath smelled of alcohol, his eyes were bloodshot and he "performed field sobriety exercises with poor results."

After he was read his rights, Dunlap told officers he had been at "a gathering'' and was headed "home.''"
