(1) 2004 Patriots
(2) 2003 Patriots (maybe a little homerific, but that team beat 10 double digit win teams, both co-MVP's, won low scoring games, high scoring games, in all sorts of weather and all sorts of conditions... there really wasn't a boring win in the bunch... still my favorite team of all time)
(3) 2009 Saints (explosive offense, and opportunistic defense... I think this team beats any of the ones below it on this list, with the possible exception of the 2000 Ravens)
(4) 2000 Ravens (historic defense, but that offense was just putrid -- 5 games in a row without a TD, I believe it was)
(5) 2002 Buccaneers (Underrated team, due in part to being very unlikeable, and plodding their way through a mundane postseason, had the second best defense of the decade, and a better offense than the '00 Ravens)
(6) 2008 Steelers (Murderous schedule)
(7) 2007 Giants (Played very well when they had to, and you have to respect their postseason run... that divisional round win in Dallas was a hell of an effort, and an often forgotten game)
(8) 2006 Colts (Historically bad run defense, caught a ton of breaks in their postseason run (the ineptitude of Herm Edwards, Steve McNair crapping the bed, Reche Caldwell, "face-guarding", and the Flu, and of course, Rex Grossman)...
(9) 2001 Patriots (I loved the quote earlier about being the best "team" of the decade
(10) 2005 Steelers (The miserable Super Bowl did overshadow the hell of a run they went through to get there, but they did have to win their final 3 games to get in, and they struggled at home against the Lions in their regular season finale)
