I have been berated often on this board because of my utter disdain for Watson, Maroney, and Seymour. I think most of you now see I ONLY HAD THE TEAMS BEST INTEREST IN MIND. With their continued uninspired performances it has become easier to see my point. Thank you all.:)

What the **** are you even talking about? As if making snap judgments based on 1 preseason game wasn't stupid enough, you even managed to screw that up by clearly having no idea what was going on on the field.

For further examples of the stupidity that can be expected from this guy, just check out my sig.

every year some morons get all worked up about what happens in the preseason and act like the team is finished. give it up

You're a complete idiot to think that you were right because of ONE pre-season game.

He's just doing what he does best, which is making stupid comments, and stirring up sh*t  :banned:

Everybody just loves a "see i told you so thread"

Especially after 1 PS game :disagreement:

Thanks Virginia. We'll send someone down to pick him up ASAP. If you need to take him into custody, make sure you place him in a room with padded walls and whatever you do, do not touch his ears.

I am one of NEMs deadliest enemies actually, any one seen NEM lately(looks down at my signature and winks)

I am not making a snap judgement based on 1 preseason game like keeps getting repeated.

I originally supported both the Watson and Maroney draft picks; and was excited about them both

They both disappointed in their fragility with injuries, and when both were healthy they have underperformed Maroney with his dancing and Watson with his disappearing and juggling acts.

Seymour I was a huge fan of his early career, then the *****ing and moaning about his contract; he signs the big deal; and has been collecting it ever since, no fire no drive, no impact.

I made this thread because I noticed the worm is turning; whats unpopular now will soon be common knowledge.

It kills me to see a big guy like maroney dance behind the line of scrimmage. He has so much talent if he just hit those creases he could turn them into holes quick; Thats why I loved Dillon; downhill running; he (maroney) thinks hes Barry Sanders. I am hopeful Taylor and Morris will slip ahead of him soon, because I dont think he can learn.

I think some of you think I am crapping on the Pats far from it. I am so excited about this draft class and this team as a whole. I see us as the superbowl favorites.

If any of these players step up I will man up and eat my words, I want to eat my words.

I am an optimist but I just hate lazy(seymour),sloppy(watson), and pig-headed farvian cant learn ever (maroney) play.

If you think that Seymour is lazy, then you are even more clueless than your idiotic ramblings about Maroney and Watson led me to originally believe.

Are you aware that it was impossible to run at Seymour's side of the line last year, and that he tied his career-high in sacks (and had FAR more than any other 3-4 DE)? If you're not satisfied with his 2008 performance, then what's it going to take? You say that you loved him early in his career, but he was virtually identical to his 2003-2004 'peak' in 2008. If you're looking for a reason why he wasn't at that peak prior to 2008, it's out there in the open: he hurt his knee playing fullback. Was it lazy of him to pull double duty and play out-of-position to help the team getting injured in the process?

The fact that some people here can't distinguish between injured and lazy is legitimately mind-boggling.

Seymour played fine last night... when he was in there. Maroney didn't look too bad. There really weren't a lot of holes for him to run through, and a couple times he squeaked out much more yardage than a thought he had. Quite often, there defensemen in the backfield harassing him. I think opposing defenses really respect the kid's talent though... did you see how hard they were biting on the play-action to him?

Oh an 'I told you so' post by a nonfactor poster who would have been quiet as the grave had Watson, Seymour and Maroney lit up the scoreboard.

Maroney was playing against the first string defense he was fine nothing spectacular I wish he he was more of a pass catching threat but he is what he is.
As for Seymour how much fire do you want to see in a 8 year vet in the first preseason game? why not get on Moss for not going up for balls in the air?
Maybe we should replace Seymour with Myron Prior or Le Kevin Smith who were fighting for there career out there last night?

I like your avatar.

This guy is great

I don't want to give you troll lessons, but when one of your targets comes back from injury to compensate for our lack at LB by getting 8 sacks as well as doing his own pro bowl recognized job of taking on 2-3 blockers each play, you're supposed to move on.

You're allowed to change to avoid looking foolish, no one cares anyway.

Not only are you an idiot, but a liar as well. You claim you'll eat your words if you're wrong about any one of those 3. Well, you've been 100% wrong about Seymour and Maroney. Yet, you still sitting here posting the same BS.

BTW, let us know when you can actually put together a full sentence that makes sense. The one I had to quote sure doesn't.

BTW, SFBs, its pretty funny that the people who actually have a brain and watched the game have said there were no holes for Maroney.

Great function, isn't it?

Yeah. Especially during stuff like the anti-Matt hysteria last year before Ian stepped in and returned the board to sanity.

That's all true, but you're wasting your time. As the saying goes, :trolls:

He just wanted to help me test my new ignore software which ignores the post even when others quote it. Thanks APV! The stuff works! :D
What's the software? I'd be interested in something as such ;)

I like pie.

And no, your points are no more valid than the first time you decided to come in here and spew your pablum all over the boards.
