When do we know if we win the raffle for SB tix?

What percentage of people with season tix get SB seats?

Its a miniscule %. The red seats have the best shot as I understand it. My extended family has many (100 level now, 200 in old Foxboro) season tickets, and almost all got tickets for SB XX, several did in 96, and only 2 accounts in the last 3 SBs have had a shot.
