Day 2 wishlist

Think they trade for Aiyuk but if that hits a snag and they don’t land him, then Mitchell or Coleman.

Id be ok with a trade down, especially if we can get a 1 next year. Those types of deals seem to be history, though.

Paul, Suamataia, Mitchell, ministry, Dejean, all sound good to me.
Only problem with that is it generally means you're trading down to the start of the third round (or maybe the end of the second).

What about a double dip and take Rattler lol?

This is the same exact thing that happened to the Patriots in 22, all the tackles (6) were taken before our pick, so we ended up trading out.

Always a run on tackles.

Oddly, many of those '22 tackles taken in the first 20 picks have busted.

I'd take tons of OL and hope to hell you can string together a few starters.

Pick 34 for AJ Brown. BPA or Hope OT Paul or Rosegarden slip to 68.

AJ Brown just signed an extension last night with the Eagles (3-yr, $96m, $84m guaranteed) so he’s not going to be an option. Brandon Aiyuk or Tee Higgins are the WR’s to hope for if trading that 34th pick away.

Worth noting Suamataia is 121st overall on Jeremiah’s big board.

Two first round WR talents may be available. Mitchell is a swing for the fences pick with WR1 upside & may be the pats best X WR since Cooks. McConkey is a great separator and can be a high end WR2 in the NFL.

The best available players are WRs. The pats biggest need is WR & based on Wolf’s comments I would expect one at 34.

OT then WR.

Try to trade back from 34. Pick up a third if possible.

LT Patrick Paul. Still developing but huge, athletic, and nasty.

WR Jalen McMillan out of Washington at 68.

Adonai Mitchell
Ladd McConkey
Keon Coleman

Jackson Powers Johnson C
Zach Frazier C
The better value is at the center position rather than guard or tackle. Plug and play 10 year centers.

Kind of meh on the tackles. Could be good, could be bad sort of feeling. Seems like the names remaining were all late risors just in the last few weeks. Some really athletic ones though. So you have that.

Braden Fiske DT. Would like to see a move up into the latter half of the 2nd for him.
WR Javon Baker.

The most talent is at WR, they should take a WR. I was always get a OT at 34 guy, but the talent difference is too big to ignore.

Agreed. I don’t know what SF wants for their WR, but if NE drafts a WR at 34, I’d still try to pry him away. This year’s 3rd is near the top of the round. Even if the offer is the 2024 3rd and a 2025 3rd to sweeten the deal…

The Bills will be taking Mitchell one spot ahead of the Patriots. Taking Ladd McConkey at 34 seems like a huge reach.

Bills met with McConkey 3 times pre-draft. Also McConkey being taken here isn't a huge reach he was projected to go late 1st/early 2nd

As much as I really like some of the receivers that are available, my preference is an OT.

Stop talking sense! You just made all the fantasy football "let's tank for the draft" dweebs spit their Froot Loops.

Trade one of the picks for Aiyuk. Target OT/CB with remaining picks.

There are decent WRs that will still be available at #68.

Same cannot be said for an OT at #68.

34: OT
68: WR

Day Three: RB, TE, and BPA.
34: Patrick Paul
68: Ja’Lynn Polk
