Patriots never stood a chance. He wanted to go to Steelers.
Bears were committed to send him where he wanted to go.
Another example of Wolfe being hamstrung.
I bet Wolfe explored this but was turned away.
Probably Wolfe has done the best he could with limited options due to a weak roster

Relax.'Cause one more post to the current 16 page thread on the Fields trade would have been too much? (sigh)
Yet another whiny ass thread bemoaning the Pats inadequate 2024 roster. Apparently it is so bad it's hamstringing the front office from being able to trade for a failed QB. From a poster who knows Wolf's situation and mind enough he'd bet on it, even though he can't spell Wolf's name correctly. Do you really believe if Wolf had dangled a 4th or 5th rounder in this year's draft Chicago would have been so 'committed' to send Fields where he wanted to go? That if New England guaranteed Fields they'd pick up his 5th year option they wouldn't have become his preferred place to go? That ******** was simply window dressing, fake pearls don't make a pig a prom date. They were so concerned with Fields they shipped his ass out for a 6th ffs

Justin Fields is terrible.
He's got the same glaring flaws he had in college and hasn't developed or improved one iota.
