It's easy, and only takes a few moments.Wouldn't that give you 3 Games to Glory vibes?Ya, while the coverage of the 1st SB was outstanding, completely glossing over the next 2 was very odd. At a minimum those 2 should have been episode 3 while episodes 1 and 2 could have went to the first SB and everything that led to it.
I'd say Panthers Super Bowl and 2004 week 1 vs. the Colts. That Colts game he balled out. Rewatch it, maybe you'll agree. It's on Youtube. We all knew Brady was special after the Saints game that season.
Not everybody knew. There were quite a few Bledsoe fans who thought that Drew could have won the SB too, even after they won. I remember arguing with them on AOL. It wasn't as bad as The Dynasty depicted it but it was there. We all knew Brady was special after the Saints game that season.
They seem to be more visible and vocal than most owners. Now that Bill's gone they're starting to resemble Jerry Jones. The Krafts are rubbing me the wrong way in the last two episodes two.
The egos on these clowns is hilarious.
My guess is that the '03 and 04 seasons were covered in America's Game, and really, in comparison to the 'gates and the divorce, they are pretty much just about football. The conflict between Bledsoe/Bill/Kraft and then Tom/Bill/Kraft is just more compelling to write and film. While we as Patriots fans would love to see more new stuff of 2003-04, there's not a lot of meat on the bone anymore. The title of the documentary should be The Controversy. They spent more time on the Drew/Brady stuff than two championships. Then skipped right to spygate and gave more coverage to Strahan than Rodney. Do the Kraft's not like Rodney? What am I missing?

Don't call it the Dynasty then just call it Salacious CrumbMy guess is that the '03 and 04 seasons were covered in America's Game, and really, in comparison to the 'gates and the divorce, they are pretty much just about football. Just a hunch anyway. Can't wait to watch. My son is coming over Sunday to watch it with me.
I don't remember it being that high, more like 50/50. Not trying to argue, just noting what my memory of it is. I think it was a forgone conclusion that after they won, it was Tom's job.I would say it was about 70-30 or 80-20 Brady vs. Bledsoe around that time. Most people wanted Brady to be the Patriots QB, but there was still a good amount of people who wanted Drew even after the Super Bowl. I remember there was a good amount of debate in the week leading up to the Super Bowl, but not sure how much of that was Super Bowl week overhyping of storylines.
I'll tell you this. If they didn't shorten the time between Championship weekend and the Super Bowl to one week because of 9/11, the media would have so overhyped the Brady and Bledsoe debate that it would have gotten ridiculous.
I think the only thing we're ever going to get is that answer from the Deflategate press conference where Bill dismissively said that they recorded signs that 50,000 people in the stadium could all see.One thing that pissed me off is that neither Bill or Ernie Adams would say anything about Spygate. This was a great opportunity to say their piece on it and they both had no comment, which just implicates guilt. They could have at least attempted to change the narrative a bit.
We don't know what's on the cutting room floor, but I feel pretty confident that Bill or Ernie did not bring any new info or shed any light. They've said their piece, and they are moving on.I think the only thing we're ever going to get is that answer from the Deflategate press conference where Bill dismissively said that they recorded signs that 50,000 people in the stadium could all see.
And it feels like the point Ernie Adams was making has been repeated constantly by Pats fans and no one cares that other teams did it.
But the non-Pats consensus is Pats got caught. Pats got punished. Pats are cheaters. And nothing in a documentary by the Krafts' company is going to change that narrative.
In the span of a couple of seasons we lost our QB, our OC, a 50 year OL coach, Ernie, and Casserio. The brain drain was real.We don't know what's on the cutting room floor, but I feel pretty confident that Bill or Ernie did not bring any new info or shed any light. They've said their piece, and they are moving on.
I don't think we can appreciate how important Ernie was to the team and to Bill. IMO, Ernie was Oz, pulling levers and pushing buttons behind the scenes, and Bill was the face of it. Not to discount Bill, but Ernie deserves way more credit for the success of the team and for Bill's success. I don't think it's a coincidence that Bill struggled after Ernie's departure in 2020.
I think Bill's or Tom's books that no doubt will be written soon will shed a lot more light on both -gates.I think the only thing we're ever going to get is that answer from the Deflategate press conference where Bill dismissively said that they recorded signs that 50,000 people in the stadium could all see.

I don't think we are ever going to get the kind of information we are looking for when it comes to any of the gates or Butler. Most of the gates are all BS anyway so how do you expect any kind of satisfaction there. Butler I just think Bill and Butler are taking it to their graves.I think Bill's or Tom's books that no doubt will be written soon will shed a lot more light on both -gates.
Dont think Bill has ever pushed back on any controversy . part of the reason he takes constant media beating but dont think he cares. One thing that pissed me off is that neither Bill or Ernie Adams would say anything about Spygate.
