This really cost Jimmy some serious money, you would think they would know these rules before they take anything.

It will also hurt him in free agency, as nobody is going to want to sign him as a starter, knowing he will miss the first two games.

I would not have been opposed to signing Jimmy and drafting Harrison Jr. I still say if Harrison JR is there at 3, the Pats should take him, he will make whoever they put at QB better. Let's try actually having a superstar player and see how that works.

How fortunate for the Raiders that they will be allowed to void over 11 million of his contract, sounds like they paid Ray Donovan to slip Jimmy a mickey.

The issue is if they do sign him he misses the first two games, after that how many more games does he miss due to injury? It’s not if he gets injured but when he gets injured. However I do think he would would fit into the new offense if it is going to be a version of the west coast offense.

Just draft a QB and start him. No need to sign a cooked Garropolo who can’t stay healthy, let another team burn cap space.
