If it isn't hard why had no one gone back to back for 20 years?

You're letting hate cloud common sense
Yeah I hated, yet respected, NE during their reign. That doesn't mean I don't acknowledge Brady was GOAT immediately after SB 51.

Mahomes is definitely a top three QB ever imo. But I also am not prepared to put him ahead of Brady...yet. I think he is closing in on Montana though.

So will Brady un-retire now

Brady beat him twice yes, has 7 rings yes BUT if Mahomes manages to win say 6 rings in 10-12 seasons a debate can absolutely be had about who the GOAT is. That would be absolute DOMINATION.
ok, we will meet back here to discuss this after mahomes wins three…no, FOUR more, one on another team he personally teaches how to win the first year he joins another team.

Mahomes just had the most impressive Super Bowl run since the Ravens beat Manning and Brady back to back.

3pt underdog in Buffalo, 4.5 pt underdog in Baltimore, 2.5 pt underdog in the Super Bowl, most people thought this team stunk and was dead in the middle of the season.
Don't really care what the lines were. The Chiefs being underdogs to San Francisco was ridiculous

we are so far away from a title in this city it's not even funny...we have the Celtics...who've been there recently but have come up small when it matters, the Bruins have proven to be post season choke artists since they lost game 6 to Chicago, the red Sox....yeah, right, and the Pats....we know they have the talent of a Bridgewater State team compared to the AFC playoff teams

It will be tough without Kelce ... but who knows ...

Spagnola was 2nd only to Mahomes as MVP for chiefs this year.
I hope Covington can be half as good as Spagnola.

Did he announce his retirement or something? I don’t believe for a second Kelce the Wr is gonna retire anytime soon. He’s not asked to block, he plays like a wr, don’t think he has the physical mileage most te’s have. Who knows? Maybe he is done and wants to do other things?

Your opinion is supported by overwhelming reality about Flutie's career trajectory, and 'conventional wisdom'.

It can only be contradicted by acceptance of the overwhelmingly absurdly stupid and ridiculous treatment of Doug, which if applied to literally anyone, Brady, Montana, or any of his inferior peers in the 90's, would have landed all of them in obscurity.
he had his best shot in '88... couldn't get it done... fryar, morgan, francis, stephens, etc...
That Flutie instead rewrote the record book north of the border was no surprise to anyone paying attention (like me), and he did it for a third of the $1 million the Patriots paid Hugh Millen. It only gets sickeningly worse when one opens one's eyes to the atrocity of benching Flutie, at the end of a season in which he was primarily the reason the team was in position to compete for a championship, in favor of Tony Eason and Rob Johnson.
canadian records mean exactly what? nada
My assertion regarding Flutie is almost universally treated as I would be if I stated all the things insurance salesman Tom Brady could and would have done if an NFL team ever gave him a legitimate chance.
your assertions are based on fiction... reality says otherwise.
On or off the field? Not Jim's fault the only person smart enough to pick him up after he got himself killed trying to elevate the otherwise moribund Pats & 49ers above mediocrity. The stats do support the ridiculous commonly held belief that those Raiders teams 'carried' him to those two titles.

Never In A Million Years would those teams have won it all with Pastorini, Wilson or Stabler.

Personally he's always been a stand up class guy, and he overcame serious family challenges growing up and worked his ass off to be in the eyes of many the best college player they'd ever seen. Has Stanford won a Rose Bowl without Jim the last century?
on the field

as for stabler, he had already won one super bowl, no reason to think he couldn't have gotten the job done

On the positive side at least we had Brady, imagine how bad it would suck to be someone like the Bills and get tormented for 20 years by him and finally watch him leave, you get your own elite QB and Mahomes instantly turns up and is better than your guy and is winning at the Brady rate.

He’s never going ahead of Brady.

This isn’t a Jordan Lebron debate where they never crossed paths. Brady and Mahomes met twice on the biggest stage. Brady won both. The end.

Congrats to the Kansas City Dynasty and the Hunt family. Looking forward to the three-peat.

It already seems that he could...
My bet commercials and endoresments of course.
He could well end up in 2 or 3 movies ...
loves the camera and he's less of a douche on it outside the game.

Only Tom Brady has enough mystique to take down Mahomes, the other Qb is this era are a joke.
Mahomes has only lost to Burrow & Brady. He's yet to lose to a "lesser" QB. And I can see guys like Wright & Sharpe holding it against Brady that he lost to Flacco, Eli, Sanchez, Foles, and Plummer.

It's ridiculous. Because Brady isn't facing those QB's. He faces opposition D. And Brady played for 23 years. Obviously he I going to have bad playoff losses when you make it every year. Mahomes will eventually too.

The media might be pitting Mahomes against Brady. But I don't think these guys dislike one another at all. Just like Manning and Brady are actually friends.

Who is the bigger douche ... Kelce or Lebroney
