Patriots Rookies Report to Training Camp today

Means Mac's back in the house. Lotta pressure on this Kid. Speaking of pressure i'm sure the Patriots will be blitzed alot more this year because of the change over we have. It's gonna take time we really don't have... We want it all in New England and I'm just so spoiled. Last year was a kick in the nuts for me. Hopefully not a repeat. Go Rookies, we need some future talent!

Many Patsfans wandered in this desert of despair and hopelessness over the '20 season. Now there is a bright horizon now with the beginning to the '21 season.. but this site and much of sports talk radio will be rife with doubters and skeptics that the Patriots could have done something different than they did in the offseason.

With what looks like a solid draft class, a long offseason to heal from injuries and what looks like some very decent signings, there is every reason for optimism..
Part of the charm of following pro sports for many fans is making the calls that they think should have been made. We still discuss the 4&2 at Indy and that was more than a decade ago.

I try to be optimistic with all draft picks, even though the odds say that some will be busts. It also sometimes takes rookies some time to blossom. I was actually still hopeful for N'Keal Harry until he started whining this year.

The Pats could average 5 wins a year for 5 years and we'd still all be blessed.

It was Mrs brushi lived vicariously thru her reports.
I live in PA and I’m 38 I’ve been a Pats fan since Bledsoe was drafted.
I was just getting into football and my pop pop told me to follow Bledsoe he was special. There were no Patriot fans around here so I felt it would be good to pick a team nobody I knew was following.
I’ve stayed loyal
You live in PA? Isnt PA just an extension of Ohio?:haha:

She honorably retired from posting coverage when media finally stepped up and provided camp coverage. She, her husband and several others like Mark Morse here were fixtures at Zip's tailgate. Zip was Patriots Fan of the year in 2001.
Thanks man. Glad to hear she's ok.
She sure did love her some Tedy

Bruschi was one of those epitome Patriots:
Ex:
T Brown, Edelman, R Harrison,
Grogan, Hannah ( to go in the way back machine)

I had and have never since called into radio, but some talk show in PA as I was driving in early 2000s was running down Pats LB Corps. Host argument was they had no probowlers. I just had to call and say they were playing at the probowl level, particularly Tedy, and to judge based on performance and not prom-Queen popularity contests. That accolades would come in rings and Hof not probowls. Host went to his schtick for the squeeler fans and I was accused of being a Pats homer in my moms basement before he hung up. …lol.

Tedy ended up w 2 Probowls later. pats HOF.
