Jules wants out?

I love the guy and all he’s done for the organization, and I think he would be a fantastic player for a new QB to lean on. But if he wants to leave, and you can get a good return for him, fine - he is on the wrong side of 30 and it’s a pretty good draft for WRs. Youth movement and all that.

Bucs picks are:
1st - 14
2nd - 45
3rd - 76
4th - 117
4th - 139
5th - 161
6th - 194
For Jules, get either the 3rd or swap firsts in this draft, or get a 2021 2nd rounder if after 6/1.

Gronk , Brady, and Edelman all possibly gone within a year. That'd be nuts coming here from where we were 13 months ago.

I really want future picks for next year. An extra 1st or 2nd with a sweetener (2020 mid-late rd pick) would be great. We need as many picks as we can get the next 2-3 years.

For the last four years, I've been living with a fear of seeing him take The Last Hit over the middle, have to retire, and then show up five years from now mumbling and drooling. If he's going to be stubborn and keep playing, I'm happy to have it happen on a team I'm very unlikely to watch.

Idk Jules has been nothing short of outstanding here? I mean he's the guy you point to for so many things. Young, late drafted players or guys that didn't get drafted. Someone slacking, you can point to 11's work ethic. Playing through pain. Putting the team first.

If he wants out you get the best deal you can while doing him a solid. There aren't 5-10 more important Patriots in the history of our team. I wouldn't do Jules like that. Sends a bad message.

This isn't Jamie Collins.

We have no idea whether Edelman really wants to be traded and we are now recommending that the Pats trade a recent SB MVP who leaves everything on the field for our team to the Bengals, bc that would make him miserable? Jesus.

Oh I forgot that you vicariously pretend to rule over personnel decisions with an iron fist. I hope the fake players in your brain will learn their lesson about griping, else they get shipped off to a team that just landed one of the better QB prospects in recent memory.
