Not that he is never critical of the Pats, because he can be.. honestly.
He calls them out, but also sees the whole picture.

And why in Gods name am I going to listen to a Boston journalist who his a homer of a different cities team???

The bias in reporting is F'd up.

Oh his employer, the Boston Red Sox Globe clearly see it- that's why they hired the worse passive-aggressive unimaginative tool they could find to cover the Patriots. They can't eliminate coverage of the most popular team in town, but they can sure **** on it.

It's beyond obvious at this point that John Henry is jealous of the success/power of the Patriots. Even on their best day, the Sox draw half the viewership of a meaningless Patriot game. He also dislikes Kraft- remember this cheap shot?
