Kaepernick ..... Tryout Edition

Kaepernick just pissed off whatever supporters he had left like JayZ and Hue Jackson. Imagine these 25 NFL scouts waiting who all traveled to see Kaepernick, and he bailed on them for another location 70 minutes away.

Bottom line the question of whether he'd be a distraction or a head case.... I think he torpedoed his own chances permanently....

.
He doesn’t really want to play football. He just wanted some media face time.

Although I've never seen or heard any evidence that the Patriots ever cheated,
people are entitled to believe it. Like believing the Earth is flat, etc.

While systemic, ongoing endless oppression of African-Americans is a fact, people can opine that there are better, more effective ways to protest/direct attention to the problem than kneeling.

...what ways?

And people can consider kneeling to be disrespectful, like those who booed John Carlos and Tommie Smith in Mexico City.

How is poverty and murder of minority groups different from breast cancer? Because breast cancer is not deliberately perpetrated by authority?

Respect is a two-way street.

I sure hope you were drunk out of your mind when you posted that.

“We’re waiting for the 32 owners, the 32 teams, Roger Goodell, all of them to stop running. Stop running from the truth, stop running from the people. We’re out here, we’re ready to play, we’re ready to go anywhere,” Kaepernick said.

Colin Kaepernick: We’re waiting for 32 owners and Roger Goodell to stop running

says the guy who just dodged a workout that would have been in front of most of those 32 teams, when he could just have talked about an inability to coordinate with the league under such a time constraint, and had a point. How many chumps will buy his nonsense this time?

Even Sthephen A Smith who was a strong supporter has given up on him.

Pretty convinced that this was an NFL set-up job to get Kaep out of their tree once and for all. We welcomed you back with open arms, our own field, our own receivers, nearly all teams represented... You can't fail to take advantage of our.... TRAP. Oh you don't want to play ball... your own receivers, your own field, a trickle of scouts... then that's your funeral... too, you unpatriotic, racist ingrate.

More proof that Kaepernick is a world-class narcissistic loser. he probably bailed because the facility wasn't big enough for his ego. Colin Kaepernick: The most over-hyped and underwhelming QB in NFL history.

  1. Smith also threw Myles Garrett under the bus... said even all of next year out would be okay with him. He could have gone a lot easier on both Kaep and Garrett, but chose the hard ass approach.

This tweet says more abt the Adam than the person wearing a shirt. Some people can't help but tell on themselves & their insecurities.

Wonder if he wore his cop pig socks...

just drug test Garrett and give him the six games for obvious roid rage....I want Roger Stooldell doing NOTHING...ZIP...S'ingTFU

Wonder if he wore his cop pig socks...
nah..he wore his "187 On A Undacova Cop" sweatshirt with matching Huey Newton pigstickers

I need to amend my comment after reading Florio. The NFL (PASH) wanted him to sign a waiver absolving them of collusion. This whole sham by Pash is starting to make more sense - they are slimy and even though I stand by my original assessment that CK is not good enough, I totally agree with his choice to do what he did today.

Now, he can sue them for collusion - especially if no one bothered to make the trip to his “new workout”.

Finally someone who can read. This was a set up job by Pash that was basically an example of sheer stupidity. Did they really think his lawyer/agent would not read the waiver? This is bush league.

I am amazed at how many people bash the NFL leadership (Pash, Goodell) when they go against the Pats but blindly listen/follow them when they do crap to the other teams/people.

It's hard for a lot of people to read carefully when they are too busy being triggered in their safe space because a guy took a knee.

uh...my space ain't safe. You know why? I'M in it...

For a group of people who hates the NFL leadership, we are all a little too forgiving of the NFL in this matter. Reports are that Jeff Pash, yes that Jeff Pash, drew up a waiver that Kap was supposed to sign that would absolve the NFL of all issues and waive his claim to any wrong doing by the NFL for EVERYTHING.

He did the right thing to skip this. The NFL is a shaddy business. Think about this. The same people that screwed over Brady and could not understand basic 8th grade physics, appeared to try to trick Kap into signing a form that would absolve the NFL of all things.
Where is the bolded part reporter? Can you provide a link?

I think it’s fair to say that both Kaepernick and the NFL office are clown shows
