Man if Harry goes to IR I'm ready to stick a fork on this pick right now and move on. God damn it's the first time BB get a 1st rounder WR and the guy gets injured in his first catch in a game.

Come on

I would feel horrible for him and it could stunt his development. But your post is nonsense.

I'm sure there are other examples but other than Flowers I can't recall a lot of rookies who got IR'ed their first year who wind up contributing much here. This would be a very bad thing he needs to be developing not riding the tub.

Ben Watson.

Hopefully Isaiah Wynn will be another example.

Man if Nkeal goes to IR, ill be extremely bummed out, way more than possibly losing Thomes

Reiss doesn't know anything regarding Harry. So anyone saying anything definitively is merely speculating

Doesn't seem like anyone is saying he is. Just some people trying to connect dots.

You m ay be sure, but I don't think that there were any non-first rounders. Watson did miss most of his rookie year, as did Wynn.

They are either:
Trading Dorsett
Waiving GO
Waiving JM
(with hopes they make it to the PS)
IRing Harry
Passing on DT (which I think is doubtful)

I cant see them carrying 8 WRs including slater. It would be unprecedented. 7 is a lot since they only usually dress 4 a game.

Someone is going somewhere...

I can't see them waiving JM.

So do I have this right? If they Waive Gunner or Meyers, they have to pass through waivers to get to the PS. If another team claims either, that player has to be on its 53?

yes

Just saying Olszewski was going to be cut yesterday. Maybe Bill kept him on the 53 so he wasn't subject to the initial 53 cut down waiver claim and practice squads being filled. Now with that period over it might be easier to get him to the PS.

They are crazy if they waive Dorsett or Meyers. Both guys are very inexpensive and were great this offseason (Meyers without Brady, Dorsett with Brady.) Waiving Gunner, IRing Harry, or passing on DT are the likely options here, and I've been doubling down on the third. By the way, Torrey Smith was just released; not that he is some great WR, but my point is that proven veteran WRs past their prime are not like a unicorn...they tend to be available pretty often.

Yes, I believe that the player has been on the 53 for 3 weeks; someone will check.

Agree. BTW They would release Dorsett. He does not go though waivers. He would be a UFA. I think that is doubtful since he has trade value anyway.

I dont agree with this at all

Not all teams have the capability of gathering 53 worthwile players like us. Now that he made the 53 bc BB was afraid to lose him (reportedly), he is in even more evidence after sticking on the roster, especially after being cut and brought back.

He needs to stay in for a long time for the heat to get over, IMO

May I suggest switching to decaf?

Wynn is a good bet. And then we go back to 03. I'm sure there are still other examples too. But let's not add Harry to this group please.

I don't get what you are saying?
