It's easy, and only takes a few moments. The friggin' Texans want to be us so bad, Belichick should be able to pry Jadeveon Clowney from them for Nick Caserio, Squeaky the Douche Massarotti and the first four miles of the Southeast Expressway.
Doesn’t smell half as bad as Ohio though, amirite? There’s no way nick leaves to go to the Texans. Too much loser smell out there, snakes, bad news spiders and football teams that are a joke

Edit: you beat me to it while I was typing this post!
Texans can f*ck off with their poaching. Not like they've accomplished much with doing so anyway.
Tell Bob McNair to go f.ck himself.
That might be hard to do, given that he's 6 feet deep.
I remember hearing Mcdaniels and Caserio are joined at the hip.I was slightly surprised when Bill O'Brien accepted a job with Houston. Bob McNair didn't seem like the type of owner a former Patriot would want to work for. I would think at some point the inner circle would have discussions about BB's experience with owners (Kraft on one end, Art Modell on the other).
With Bob McNair out of the picture, does that make Houston a better place for a coach or executive? If the new owners (wife and son) focus strictly on the business side, while ceding all football operations and decisions to the football people, I would think it would make Houston a desirable option.
On the other hand it is possible that they are in way over their heads with running the operation.
New report details Cleveland Browns' dysfunction under Jimmy Haslam
"We just don't know what we are doing," Haslam's wife and Browns co-owner Dee Haslam reportedly told employees. "If we'd known how hard it would be, we never would have bought the team."
To me that type of uncertainty would cause Caserio to want stay right where he is.
Rick Smith sucked. He signed Osweiler. All their problems started when Rick Smith left.
I guess it would all depend on how much money is being thrown around, and how much Caserio is currently making. Winning and being a part of an amazing organization like the Pats is a huge draw, but if you’re making $1M & another team throws another 1-2M atcha, it’d be really hard to say no.

That is the future leadership in New England.
Monty would be smart to take the promotion if it's offered to him either here or there if Caserio surprises and leaves.
However we would be in good hands with Monty.
Also nobody mentioned the fact that maybe pioli comes back here or to Houston.
It's very interesting indeed.
I agree. I’m just saying if he left for financial reasons, it would make sense. If the Texans offer to pay him top GM level money & the Pats throw the same or close to it for less of a job well yeah, man. No brainer.Sure, but it's not like the Patriots couldn't give him a raise either.
Nah
Their problems started when Schaub collapsed as an NFL starter and Kubiak's medical problems hit after that. They went from 12-4 to 2-14. That was in 2013. Smith wasn't gone until 2017. In between, it was 9-7 three straight seasons, as they tried to find a QB. They went 11-5 last season, and won their division.
If Watson is the real deal, the injuries to the best players stop, and the drafting/FA doesn't suck, the Texans will be good and competitive, in a suddenly strong AFCS.
My bad man, I didn’t think anyone would take that serious. The Texans are a joke through and through.
