Funny demonstration of BUF futility

that's just not true at all. were there some people wishing such things? sure, but a lot us bills fans aren't so different than pats fans especially when we dominated the AFC including your team for a decade. Generalizations like that are ridiculous. Are the Bills some amazing football team? no. is it probable the bills beat the jags, especially with McCoy out? no. I can assure you though, that those who were excited for the Red Sox after their miserable streak can appreciate the bill's futility as well. We'll enjoy ending our streak and anything beyond making it in, is a bonus. Now we can start it's been X years since they've won a playoff game, and we can end that one sometime as well.

Congrats on home field advantage, I remember when the bills had that for so long the patriots went and got a new home field in 2002 and at that time it was irrelevant.
Enjoy and good luck against the Jags.

thanks, it's been so long, that there are 20 year old buffalo fans who've never experience the POSSIBILITY of a playoff game. A joking matter for the rest of the NFL, sure, but have any of you been to buffalo or a bills game in buffalo? the tailgate even as an opponent is 2nd to none. the fans have sold out that stadium nearly endlessly for 18yrs of misery. The eldest Pats fans I know have a lot of respect for bills fans (decent bills fans anyways). I grew up there, and on monday your mood was predicated more or less on what happened to the bills on sunday. It's a bit different now with more to do and them turning the place around. I'll share this

I don't hate you. I just hate your franchise. I wish you only a fly's nutsack of luck just for the chance to see NE blow their asses out the water after getting their hopes up. Otherwise the Bills can EABOD and DIAF

On gopher?

No, I'm actually referring to daily updated zines on the web sometime around 1994-1997. I know we maintained one in my department at SUNY.

Those were the years I was there, and that's when I was doing it.

We actually used some hamfisted proprietary software to do it. we were not using any blogging editor. We called it a zine--I don't think the term blog was around though.

I just checked and saw that blogger.com was already around in 1999.

I can get club tickets to this game for free through my company. I’m strongly considering it just to witness Bills Mafia in person. Good luck getting tickets, though. That game is sold out.

Plus the Bills had to survive a 19 point lead while the other team had their best two offensive players tossed from the game coupled with the Bengals having a 14 point lead they blew and then came back from the dead to win. The Bills and Bengals avoiding collapses to put one or the other in the playoffs on the same day surely puts the end of the world cults back in business.

Genuine congratulations to the Bills' fans from a Pats' fan who remembers our own many dark years and the humiliation of a classless Ditka-Ryan-led Bears team rubbing the Super Bowl Shuffle in our face in 1986.

Here's what I hope motivates your guys against Jacksonville. The memory of the classless act of Doug Marrone, who thought so little of your beloved team that he opted out of his contract without a landing spot.

I hope that gets in your team's craw on Sunday and that they remind the whole world that (a) "Blake Bortles is who we thought he was" and (b) "Doug Marrone is who you know he is!"

That all changes if you come to Foxboro a week later, but for now, "Go Bills."

I found the interview where she shoehorned smoking weed with Woody Harrelson in there from nowhere just smacked of a woman trying to hard to sound edgy and cool....so yes, she is a bit weird

Totally not edgy and not really weird, but if you adore vanilla ice cream . . .

I thought it was funny on the 5th quarter poll question; "Who do you want to see the Patriots play next"; it was Chiefs, Ravens, Titans, Chargers. They ignored the Bills.

Marrone negotiated a contract with an opt out for a reason and that reason not being to his satisfaction caused him to execute it. How in the world is that classless?

Vanilla gets a bad rap as being "plain". It is every bit as much a flavor as chocolate.

Hey man, you never know. She let Daren Aronovsky take a run or two, so anything’s possible.

Personally, I wouldn’t fight you for her. She’s a little too weird for me.

Sorry, had to be done...

Dude. We know where you coming from. It's been 11 months since we've seen the Pats win the big one. It's tough but you've got to hang in there.

Go Bills. Until we play each other, of course.

I’m glad to see the Bills in the playoffs if it means the Ravens are sitting at home.

Oh, BTW...

Ray Lewis killed a guy.
