Please add comments on WRs, you have seen ,read about or like.

Little chance of being available at 22
Johnson, Jarrett

Round 1
Ginn (OSU) - great speed, impact returner, still learning the WR position
Bowe (LSU) - haven't seen yet
Davis (LSU) - haven't seen yet
Samardzija (ND) - Clutch, but seems like a Drew Bennett, nice WR not sure he is worth a first round pick
Meachem (Tenn) - has been impressive, more of a deep threat, unsure about his route running

Round 2
McKnight (ND) - hasn't stood out in the games I have watched
Higgins (Texas-El Paso) - like him a lot, small, good returner
Stuckey (Clemson) - Smooth, good hands, better value in round 3
Newton (SC) - great athelete, still learning as a WR

Round 3
Smith (USC) - He has looked good, worth a 3
Allison (East Carolina ) - stay away from this guy, alligator arms, looked afraid


Others
Douglas (Louisville) - JR will likely stay in school, had a great game last night, seems like another Louisville receiver the Pats drafted, small quick, good hands, smart
Baker (Florida) - big target in the red zone
 
Breaston, from Michigan, could be a sleeper late on day 1. He was overshadowed by Manningham, but he has good hands and is quick.
 
i'd like to see a big receiver taken in the 3rd round
 
rice is a sophomore....i'm not sure if he's draft eligiable

Breaston does not have good hands..and his route running is eh..he'll get drafted b/c speed and return skills
 
ive heard rice mentiond in some first round talk
i kinda like breaston, but lemme warn that im a big umich fan :'(, yeah im still sad over that loss, lost a pretty penny on it too
 
We've gone round two for Jackson, Branch, and Bethel -- so let's stay in that ballpark. Here's 6 day one receivers -- and none of them with our first pick:

Johnnie Lee Higgins (KR/PR) -- Texas El-Paso
Chansi Stuckey -- Clemson
Syvelle Newton (WR/QB) -- South Carolina
*Anthony Gonzalez -- Ohio St
*Andre Caldwell (KR) -- Florida
*Early Doucet -- LSU

Note: All are 4.4 range (or faster) who are either quick, fast, or explosive. Rather not have the slower possession types (unless the board feels we need one ;))
