Who makes the call on Jackson not being at practice?

Is it him, coaches or team doctors? Who makes the final call on this? It all most makes me think there is more than just a hamstring pull.

A hamstring injury can be pretty nagging. I wouldn't read too much into it at this point.
 
i would expect them to make sure he is back to 100% before throwing him into the fire---no worries it's still early. i am sure the final call is BB's with input from everyone!

I'm assuming at this point they decided to just wait until AFTER this game for him to even bother getting back on the field. Heal it up TOTALLY and then get in there. It is disappointing, though, and the time he's missed is tangibly vbaluable. His rookie season has, at this point, been seriously affected.

it is most likely a combo of coaching staff and training staff.
