Walsh's attorney: NFL's indemnification offer falls short

Well with all due respect, she/he appears to have stirred up a few of you.
i just think you guys are going a bit overboard. I've seen more inflamatory post from other "visitors" that did'nt get the response that I see here.
It just seems odd, that's all.

In case you missed it, and you apparently did Dave, the thread was about Walsh's attorney claiming the NFL's indemnification offer was somehow insufficient. The trollette hijacked it into a pissing contest about a seperate frivilous lawsuit filed today citing the report it read in the Enquirer...

For that alone it should have been recused to the VLR, but we are apparently no longer under the anti new troll policy Ian himself instituted post SB. And hijacking a thread is a form of spamming and every bit as rude as inflamatory language.

Stop and think this through for a minute boys and girls. If Walsh had the real goods then he'd be willing to show the league a teaser of those goods and get what he wants in terms of legal protection.
BUT that's not what is happening.
Walsh wants a deal first and only then will he show the goods.
I say he's got home movies! Seriously!!
Just remember the words of Michael Holley. Walsh may have some "stuff" but BB will not even see a fine over this once all is said and done.

I think that Walsh's attorneys are trying to spin this to make their client look like he is being victimized. There is no dispute that the NFL will grant him indemeny if he hands over stole Patriots property and tells the truth. If he really has tapes, he could turn them over and not say a word. If these tapes are so damning, then he could let the tapes speak for themselves. There would be no way the Pats could sue him in that scenario.

My guess is if he has tapes, they are the same thing as what we already know. It won't look any different than the Matt Estrella tape.

If he wanted the league to see these tapes, he could have fedex'ed them to NY back in Sept.
He by the way of ESPN is an opportunist. It's only money you don't have or won't ever see Walsh.
I think IF he has anything, the only reason the league is willing to go so far is they want the tapes back in the hands of that Pats, so they can either say, you didn't turn over everything, or this better be all of it, so help you god.

That's conspiracy theory for the day.
