Do not see this posted anywhere, if I missed it, sorry please delete. Vrabel could have kept it going or incensed it further, but he responds well and professionally, makes Steinbech look like a fool.

FOXBOROUGH -- OLB Mike Vrabel spent considerable time answering questions from the media today at Gillette Stadium. Of particular interest was his response to comments made by Browns guard Eric Steinbach that he was classless.

“I’m going to say this one time, I’m sorry that they feel that way. I don’t play that way, and I’m sorry they feel that way. We’re going to move on,” he said.

Asked if it felt good that coach Bill Belichick backed him publicly, Vrabel said: “I think that Bill is great for this team, great for the players. I think we try to do a lot for him, and he does a lot for us. In a lot of situations, he’s there to back us, whether that’s during the game or after the game. He helps us get ready, and I think the thing he does is that he has us prepared every week.”

“I’ve known Mike for five years now. Tremendous football player. Better person. Family man. Nothing dirty on Mike except his underwear," he said.

Yes. End of story.

Only one problem, GJAJ15: Belichick never said that last line. Harrison did.

Rodney is so concise! Working from top to bottom in describing a man! Gotta love it!!!!

In the attempt to keep this to the prerequisite 4 paragraphs, left out the one preceding Harrison's comments.. thank you for keeping me honest.
