12 - 4 is good enough for a #2 seed and a first round bye.

The Pats once again dispose of Houston, which will be well deserved after Houston runs their mouths following a close week 12 game.

Denver wins a close one in the AFC championship game. Sorry, homers, this rebuild is not quite complete.

No worries, Russell Wilson hands Manning his second super bowl loss.

11-5. They only lose in the playoffs if they meet the Ravens or possibly even the Colts (if Luck turns out to be the elite game changer he's hyped to be). They win the Super Bowl if they make it.

I think I've picked 11-5 elsewhere but I keep looking at the schedule thinking 13-3 is a distinct possibility. If all goes as well as hoped I think the Patriots can reach 14-2. If the season decides to go south, 10-6 looks likely. The results highlighted in red are my 50/50 games.

Cleveland and Carolina may not be automatic wins given the projected defensive improvements of both. Either way, here's to another exciting season and a few insufferable days until kick off.

16-0...shoulda given 'em 17-0 (win in week 10)...

It's 18-1 this year, winning the last one this time and then 19-0, next year when our young starts gain more experience.

Barring catostrophic injuries. 13-3. I predict the front 7 will mash this season giving lots of opportunities for the 2ndary.

They will win the Super Bowl.

I actually feel good facing Atlanta. No idea why just got a good feeling we can win that. I'm pinning the Bengals as a loss because at this point it feels like that classic "trap game" syndrome. I then have us getting two losses in a row to the Texans and Browns before we pull things together with a major blowout win at Miami. 13-3, AFC East winners, number one seed, first round bye, etc.

Playoffs

Divisional - Win over Texans. "Revenge" game as it were.

AFCCG - Another win over the Donkeys. Seyton throws away game winning touchdown right into the hands of McCourty.

SB - Finally the 4th ring beating the Green Bay Packers. Brady wins MVP.
