Sproles to test FA'cy

We'll see;)

I understand not liking a prospect, but calling him mediocre is ignorant. He won the Doak Walker award...

Hes a mediocre Prospect, Hes a great College Running back, just like Tebow who is a Great College QB but a slightly above average prospect.

No thanks on Sproles. Too small, can't block, and will get injured (badly) one day from a big, highlight reel hit.

I like Sproles but for what he does, at the price he will command, he is a luxury buy - a perfect final piece for a really good team with few holes. This team has too many major needs to fill to spend a significant part of the off-season budget on Sproles.

If we don't draft McCluster I wouldn't mind picking him up for ST's. We need a better kick/punt returner.

Tate I believe is the all-time NCAA record holder in return yards. I wouldn't sleep on him.

RE: Gerhart. I mentioned him over on the draft side back in November or so. But as a 3rd round pick. Or late 2nd since the Pats didn't have a 3rd rounder.

That being said, until the O-line gets settled with a RG who can runblock consistently, whatever RB we use is going to have issues unless were running draws and delays all day long.

Sproles isn't mediocre.... and he has been durable throughout his college and pro careers. He carried that KState team with 25 carries a game in a major Division I conference. He's a tough little SOB. I think he would fit nicely as Faulk's replacement. I really don't think he's going to command huge money.
