Keep an eye out on the papers.
In a Pats FB group I'm on, someone who has had claims of occasionally knowing some inside information (we'll see how he comes out on this claim) is saying that the Cross Insurance Pavilion that will be opening in the north endzone this year (that's not new news) will have a membership tier that includes lower-bowl season tickets. And that membership tier will not involve any ongoing commitment -- you can buy a single year's membership if you want. That this premium membership tier includes lower-bowl tickets is the unreleased-but-soon-to-be-released new news.
So if this turns out to be true, that's another bloc of good seat tickets that will be made inaccessible to season ticket holders.
