    Very classy group. On/off field. That's probably why Irvin
    didn't make it.

    Yes that is a pretty classy group and I'm glad Harry Carson finally got in.

    I remember Harry Carson's rookie training camp. Used to live in
    Ct. and they trained in Fairfield. Harry immediately became my
    best friend's favorite player. They used to play 6 pre-season games
    in those days. Tucker Frederickson picked up how good he was
    right away. He used to say; "Harry Carson's a man." Didn't need
    to expound on it. Just described him that way right away. Even in
    his initial camp. We used to joke about that as he became a good
    player. If Harry made a play, we would joke. Harry Carson's a man!
    Even if he was 35. One of those had to be there jokes. I believe
    WPIX 11 used to cover the Giants pre-season games(There Rozelle
    I didn't call them exhibitions).
