They missed a couple of calls (Butler trip, Matthews push-off on Arrington) but overall they were excellent, IMO. They let the teams play, which is how it should be.
 
They also missed running into the kicker if Collinsworth and Michaels are correct about the plant leg. If true, that was huge. Patriots would have kept the ball plus 15 yards.

I agree with your point though. It was nice to see so few flags.
 
I started the how worried are you about the refs thread so count me among the surprised that while they were not perfect they had NO tangible effect on the game which is how it should be. They called the truly aggregice stuff and other wise let the players win/lose the game. The way it should be and I was wrong to assume it would be otherwise. Well done refs, well done.
 
Yeah I have to admit, overall the refs were not a factor where I really thought they would be.
