If all of the favorites win their games this weekend, the Patriots will have the 5th easiest schedule based on 2005 records. If all of the underdogs win, the Patriots will tie for 5th easiest schedule in 2006 based on 2005 records.

Nice. But things seem to change drastically year to year. Easy schedules turn out to be tough and vice versa.

Next year's schedule looks very favorable, although teams can change in quality dramatically from year to year. But we should do very well next year especially as "all" we can lose without any say is Givens and Neal. Not that they wouldn't be losses but we could presumably replace them with representative players if they do, indeed, leave. Next year is a key year to do well as we have more upcoming UFAs after 2006 and 2007 than we do after 2005. In fact, 2006 could very well be a apex of what Belioli have been building and it'll be tough to stay at that level afterwards unless a variety of players (Seymour, Branch, Graham, etc) give the Patriots good deals (which I don't expect).

How are the Colts and Broncos schedules next year?

Anybody have a link to the divisional matchups for 06?
