Ray Lewis claims crime declined in Baltimore when he played

The comedy almost writes itself here...

“When I played, crime went lower in Baltimore,” Lewis said, via Jamison Hensley of ESPN. “It’s like, nobody needs to be mad now. It’s like everybody wants to be happy and celebrate.”

He failed to mention his responsibility for the increase in the murder rate in Atlanta.

This phisically hurts me

If Brandon Marshall makes the Seattle Seahawks then Ray Lewis has a job for another year at Inside the NFL provided he learns to think before he speaks.

At Showtime then can give Ray multiple takes and don't have to worry about offensive language other than his malaprops.

When I see Ray Lewis on TV I'm reminded of a Robert Townsend movie where a reporter ignores the well dressed articulate black witness and heads off to interview the toothless black crackhead instead.

In other words IMO there are much smarter options in filling the black vet chair.

On the other hand I wouldn't put it past Marshall to finds ways to get to NY for a Tuesday taping as it makes for good drama as they fight for the seat

I've gotta hear the explanation for this one.

I have an intense disdain for men with inflated views of themselves..

CTE is scary, on 40 yr old with a fifth grade education....even more so...

I guess he was mad that night in Atlanta. But it was Super Bowl night, so I guess he was celebrating, too?

So confuse.

Regards,
Chris

It dropped in Baltimore because Lewis spent most of his time at the practice facility in Owings Mills, MD where, oddly, the population declined during his time with the Ravens.

I heard him on the radio yesterday say I know how they're filling when they axe me where's my father
