Hope one day we can find a guy who does to another team what this guy did to ours as a Giant.

Nothing but respect for that guy.

Easley is that guy. If he can ever make it to the playoffs healthy.

Anyone have any insight into exactly what his injury was? Was it serious enough that they didn't think he could make it back in 4 weeks or super-serious as in something tore/broke and he needed months of healing?

I'm not sure anyone said.

In any case, it may—emphasis may—be a Darryl Roberts-like injury where they felt they simply couldn't justify holding, or simply couldn't afford to hold, a spot for him to get healthy.

The injury was mentioned as something that would not effect him going forward, meaning it was probably a 4-6 week thing but because it was the end of the season that means IR

The biggest reason why that Giants' D shut down the best offense of all time in the biggest game of the season. Congrats to him on his accomplishments, and it's good to know I won't ever see him in our backfield again.

OK thats helpful. Thanks.

Too bad he didn't have the ****s when he played against us ...

Anyways ... best of luck to him ... nice career.

Happy Trails. Always loved his facemasks too (before the NFL banned it...safety!)

Why did they ban his facemask?
