Wonder if the Tepper will be patient this time around lolSneaky good hire here.
You look at his track record, he played a role in reviving Geno Smith and Baker Mayfield’s careers over the last two seasons.
I think Vrabel has a better chance than Bill at this point. So is Vrabel.
Those odds aren’t good…I’m setting the over/under at 2 seasonsWonder if the Tepper will be patient this time around lol

Lol, true.
Yea idk. They have 4 key FAs to keep: Evans, Baker, Winfield Jr. & David. I think they focus on keeping Baker & Winfield. David will re-sign for cheap. They'll let Devin White walk. Not sure what Evans does. At 31, this will probably be his last contract (2-3 yrs). Licht seems to do a good job at getting his elite players to re-sign.A little weird to me, but Tepper is a weird guy...
I wonder if this impacts Baker wanting to stay in Tampa. Will he still want to with no Canales? What if Evans leaves, too, and some other team wants to give him big bucks?
Wonder if he holds off a year and see what happens with Day at OSU.So is Vrabel.
