It's easy, and only takes a few moments.I wasn't expecting to see to see a 2-hour special on ESPN or NFLN on the life and death of Hill. Although I do expect we will get that regarding Taylor on the one year anniversary of his death.
But not a word in either the Globe or Herald making the one year anniversary is disgraceful.
yesterday was the 28th???A 2 Hour special would be way too long - maybe a 5 minute tribute would have been nice, after all even though he was a great human being unfortunately to the sports world he was not well known.
Yesterday was the anniversary of his death - Not today

Perhaps the New England Patriots should have released a statement to draw some attention to Hill's memory. Many athletes die of non-sports related causes, but only the 'great' players get remembered for it (I am not supporting this, but it is what it is).
Maybe the Pats did something nice for his family to remember him on his anniversary but don't want to publicize it.

I'm not so sure I agree with this. There are many people more "high profile"/influential whose untimely deaths are not commemorated a year later. I think it boils down to sentimentality more than "what's proper." For we Pats fans, it's important to preserve Hill's memory, especially since he died under tragic circumstances. But I don't think it goes far beyond that, and doubt that it really should.
