From Reiss:

Maximum six hours per day, with a maximum of two hours on the field. This differs from the regular offseason program routine, when players may spend a maximum of four hours per day at the team facility, with a maximum of 90 minutes on the field.

7 on 7, 9 on 7, and 11 on 11 drills are permitted but no live contact.

No live contact drills between offensive and defensive linemen.

No pads except protective knee or elbow pads. Helmets are permitted.

The intensity and tempo of drills shall be at a level conducive to learning, with player safety as the highest priority, and not at a level where one player is in a physical contest with another player.

Clubs may only hold 14 days of organized team activity as part of the offseason program and players must be given the dates of all OTAs before the offseason program begins.

First I've heard of the term for them but it should make for some good stories this week even if they aren't open to the media.
