Mike Kensil leaves the building. He was involved for league on DeflateGate Sunday but was not witness today and not at hearing.
Coward
Further encouragement to take these bastards to court and smoke 'em.Actually, it means alot.
The proceedings took place under oath and were recorded.
The civil courts will get to review what went down.
well, we don't know he did absolutely nothing..now do we?why in the world would Tom Brady accept sitting out a game, losing a half million dollars and having people think he admitted guilt when he did absolutely nothing?
"I reached out to someone just recently that had a direct line into that room [where the appeal was being heard], close to Tom Brady," Reiss said. "Their feeling was that it went very well this morning, but also an acknowledgement that the NFL holds all the cards here."
I expect that the NFLPA/Brady group used today to set up their appeal, and only considered exoneration the longest of longshots.
If I had to choose between Mother Nature and TB affecting footballs in January in Massachusetts, I'd choose Mother Nature every time. And I didn't just Google that, Ben.well, we don't know he did absolutely nothing..now do we?
I'm assuming the backup QB and the long snapper are doing this on the sideline because they don't have access to the balls pre-game. If that's the case then why would Brady have McNally do it? Why wouldn't the deflator be Garappolo?Apparently Schefter said on TV that a long snapper and a backup QB have personally told him they deflate balls and that the longer snapper uses a paper clip to do it.

Science doesn't leave room for him to have tampered with the balls.well, we don't know he did absolutely nothing..now do we?
Kensil's *** will get pulled into this...eventually.And, of course, the MCI leaps to Kensil's defense......
Ben Volin ✔ @BenVolin
He works there RT @JohnVicars1: @garymyersNYDN @BenVolin So why was he there?
Within the parameters of the CBA, Goodell determines if the suspension is reduced or not.Why would they acknowledge that the NFL holds all the cards? Am I missing something here, how does the NFL hold all the cards? They might think they hold them but if this goes to court, doesn't Brady hold all the cards?
Assuming the reference is just to this appeal process, not future court action. Why would they acknowledge that the NFL holds all the cards? Am I missing something here, how does the NFL hold all the cards? They might think they hold them but if this goes to court, doesn't Brady hold all the cards?
Schefter isn't their lapdog. In point of fact, the NFL denies that Brady was given a four time limit and Schefter produced the letter the league had sent that specifically laid out the time limit.@AdamSchefter: Defense team of Tom Brady was given 4 hours today to present its entire case. Proceedings expected to wrap today, not continue Thursday.
Keep leaking info to your lapdog, NFL
Well judging by their past history, the leaks will start to come out late this evening -- 10, 11 est. There's no media blackout (I assume) so I'm sure the leaks and fun will begin very shortly... hopefully fun for us for a change.
