Don Davis did a bit of strength & conditioning coaching for the Pats, although I think he then switched his focus to being a minister or church speaker or something.

Wikipedia says O-T-I-S is coaching for the Chiefs.

I think guys like Kevin Faulk and Troy Brown would be involved with the Pats one way or the other; broadcasting just seems to be a better/easier/whatever gig for them.
 
Pat Kirwin told Ninkovich that he sees him as prime post-football playing career coaching material. Likened Ninko to Ken Wisenhut.
