My biggest hope.....MORE FOOTBALL TALK!
I love the sox, but 24-7 baseball talk gets tedious.
Bad news.....more Felger.
Worse news....more Andy Gresch!
I just don't understand the hate for Felger. I love the Pats as much as anyone. But, I will take the objective on looker over a big time homer like a Fred Smerlas anyday.
Even if you don't like Felger....at least he talks football. More than I can say for anyone else in this town.

They seem to be making a concerted effort to fly in under the radar... Novel approach.
Tell me they weren't foolish enough to persue Gresh??? LOL
That's actually the odd thing here. CBS is doing little if anything to promote this launch. More talk about it here than anywhere... Don't seem to have a website, have a twitter page with a handful of followers and no meaningful twits in a week... Maybe they gave up already...
Malignant appendage - a perfect description of Gresh. I believe, however, that he played OL for URI.I'm assuming Gresh will be around since he is Tanguay's malignant appendage.
The funniest thing I ever heard was Tanguay promoting Gresh's football expertise via Gresh having played O-lIne for a div. III school.
Gresh reminds me of Al Bundy and his 4 TD day for Polk High. He was an O lineman for Rhody. I thought the SCORE was better than EEI when i listened in the mid '90's. The only exception was Gresh.Malignant appendage - a perfect description of Gresh. I believe, however, that he played OL for URI.
Callahan may have a "right" leaning slant, but his analysis of sports is usually spot on.

They have focused on informing the listeners of 98.5 and 104.1 more than anything...seems like every five minutes the last two weeks on 98.5 was a promo for the move.
They will launch the website when the stations do the actual change over at Midnight tonight, they already changed over the Mix 98.5 website to Mix 104.1.
Is anybody else disappointed that they seem to be trotting out the most predictable retreads rather than attempting to introduce any fresh voices and talents to this major sports market? They might as well adopt the slogan "98.5, The Sports Hub: More of the same!"
Well, that would seem to only serve to retain some of the existing music audience for the new location. Doesn't promote the new sports talk venue to the masses.
They've never even officially announced their lineups as far as I can tell...
