Lavar Arrington?

I was wondering if there was any chance in the world hte patriots make a run at Arrington. Obviously not really a Patriots type of move to sign big FAs (has been done in the past though) but with the Pats needing some LBs, Arringington would be a fantastic pickup to fill a whole. Any rumors out there about the pats maybe making an offer?

Before Peterson got the contract he did, Pats "maybe" had interest. Now Arrington is looking at that deal & wants more.

I think that what some people feel Arrington is makes him the type of player BB would spend heavily on.
Personally, though, my opinion of him is not as high as those who feel he would be a dominant 34 OLB in our system.

IMO, if he would be BB signs him, and if the concerns are real, he wont.

I'm gonna have to disagree with you on that second point. It will be Jim Brown who comes out of retirement to sign with the Pats.

I think the Poston involvement may be the strongest reason for this not to happen.
